Brown Bag Sessions
 Monthly educational sessions are held at WCH called “Brown Bag Sessions”. These are fun and informative sessions held over a lunch hour, and focus on a healthcare topic. Our Visiting and In-House Specialists are often the speakers at these events, which gives participants an opportunity to meet them, and ask questions. They are open to the community, but space is limited, so registration is recommended. A delicious & nutritious ‘brown bag lunch” can be purchased for $5, with pre-registration,. Exercise Classes
Aerobics: Monday, Wedneday & Friday 8-9:30a.m.
Yoga: Thursday evening 5:30-6:45 ($5 fee)
Our exercise classes are held in the WCH Fitness Center, and are for
